The buyers solely accept the full risk of any package (or part thereof) being detained by customs for whatever reason and acknowledge and agree that they will not hold DHWElectronics liable for such packages, for whatever reason being unable to be delivered to their destination.

Your Conduct and Use Limitation - You shall not carry out any act or omission or procure any act or omission which would: (a) disrupt, impair or interfere with, alter or modify this website or its software; (b) act in a way that affects or reflects negatively on us or anyone else; (c) collect or attempt to collect any information from others including, without limitation, personally identifiable information, without such party's prior consent; (d) engage in any activities in such a manner as to expose DHWElectronics or any third party to liability or adversely affecting the name, reputation or business of us or any such third party; (e) commit a crime or in the course of committing a crime or for an unlawful purpose to do any act that may damage the network or systems or cause the quality of to be impaired; (f) violating or attempting to violate the security of the website; (g) Cause any illegal, offensive, defamatory material to be placed on or associated with this website; (g) be in breach of any copyright, trade mark, privacy, confidence, or any other third party right; (h) cause any inconvenience to DHWElectronics, its employees, servants, agents, software and other suppliers or any other third party (including, without limitation, creating or procuring software viruses, chain letters, unsolicited communications and 'spam'). NOTE: Violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability.

3.Back Orders - Occasionally, one of the products you have ordered may be out of stock. If this happens, you will always be emailed with the option for you to cancel your order or change your order should you prefer not to wait. You must therefore provide us with your e-mail address when ordering. If you decide to wait for an order, please be aware that you may have to wait longer than the delivery schedule times.

4.Changes to Products - DHWElectronics may make changes to any products offered at, or to the applicable prices for any such products, at any time, without notice. 6.Colours - Every effort has been made to reflect product colours as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in monitors, we are unable to guarantee that the colour you will see on your monitor will accurately reflect the true colour of the product. All drawings, photos, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising issued on this website are issued or published for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the products described in them. They will not form part of the contract with you and no warranty or guarantee shall be expressed or implied in the contract with you in this regard.

7.Custom Rights
The customer who purchases the products is responsible for paying these customs rights, and of the possible paperwork involved.

The price of the products sold is in GBP.

Customers are required to keep close track on their packages. If there is any delay in receiving a package, you will need to contact  DHWElectronics in order to ascertain the reason for the delay.

We will not be responsible or liable for damaged packages or those shipped back to us in the event that the designated courier service fail after several attempts to deliver your package(s) due to your absence to collect the package(s) from the given destination address.

8.Credit Card Security - We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our system. They are not held in clear text on any web site. We process payment by credit card through Paypal and Barclaycard.

9.Currency - We currently only accept GBP.

Subject to any additional bulky carriage charges. we will contact you should any additional carriage charge apply, at which point you will have the opportunity to cancel the order if you wish so.

Our Dispatched schedule are simple:

  • Standard Delivery:most products ordered before 2.00pm (Mon-Thur) are dispatched the very same day,orders processed on Friday are dispatched on Monday upon successful payment confirmation unless otherwise specify. You should be able to receive your order within 2 business days (excluding Saturday , Sunday and Bank holiday) after shipment date.Delivery to more remote areas may take an extra day or two.

  • UK Mainland Next Day Delivery: Products order before 12.00 Noon are guaranteed  for next business day delivery. (excluding Saturday , Sunday and Bank holiday)

The delivery cost  to the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and the Channel Islands are vary.

These include postcodes: IM, IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78,PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, TR21-25, ZE. is committed to ensure that your orders are delivered to you safely and on time. Therefore only the authorized receiver shall be permitted to accept the delivery. Please make sure that the authorized receiver is present to make the authorized signature. reserve the rights not to release the delivery in the absence of the authorized receiver. is making every effort to deliver your order within the time stated. However, due to certain unforeseen circumstances, slight delay in deliveries might occur, will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late or delayed delivery.

In the event if your package is lost by the shipping courier and your package has not been insured, we will only replace the lost products with the amount that is declared on the invoice according to your request.

All deliveries are made by courier and will need to be signed for, so if you have a preferred day for delivery, please make a note of this in the comments box at checkout. If no-one is in at time of delivery, the courior will leave a card to say that they have tried to deliver. You can then contact them directly to arrange a convenient time to re-deliver or to collect from their depot.

All deliveries must be signed for! Once delivered, the goods will become your property and your responsibility and DHW Electronics will not accept any liability for loss damage or destruction to the items you purchase from our website. You will be asked to sign for your goods, on which you are responsible for checking your items before you sign. On signing, you are accepting that all items have been received and in good condition or what you previously agreed to through our terms & conditions. If the courier will not wait for you to check the goods you must notify the courier company of this. Please be aware that DHW Electronics does not and will not take any responsibility for goods that have been signed for in good order and accepted by you, they become your property and we are no longer a party to them.

Be aware you may receiver two or more deliverys due to the goods ordered may come from different supplies.

The Goods shall remain the sole and absolute property of the Seller as legal and equitable owner until such time as the Buyer shall have paid to the Seller the agreed price for the Goods together with the full price of any other Goods the subject of any other Contract with the Seller.

21.Missing Item - You are required to report missing item in your package within 24 hours after you have received the package. We will not entertain any request if more than 24 hours after you have received the package.

22.Modification - DHWElectronics reserves the right to do any of the following, at any time, without notice: (1) to modify, suspend or terminate operation of or access to, or to any portion of, for any reason whatsoever; and (2) to interrupt the operation of, or any portion of, as necessary to perform routine or non-routine maintenance, error correction, or other changes.

23.Non-acceptance of Order - Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch of the Products ordered to you unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order.

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
  • The product that you have ordered is unavailable in stock
  • Our inability to obtain authorization for your payment
  • The identification of a pricing or product description error
24.Order Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order with us at any time before the expiry of 7 days from the day after the date of delivery.

Please note that if your order has been processed and dispatched we are unable to cancel it and therefore return costs are at your expense.

Wrong Delivery Address Inputted
If you provide us with a wrong delivery address and your goods are signed for by another party, DHW Electronics cannot be held responsible for any loss you incur as a result.

25.Our Policy on Out of Stock Items

Scenario 1:
All the products were in stock when your order was confirmed, but after your payment was confirmed, The product you order is out of stock or one of the many products in your order went out of stock
In this case we will ship all the in-stock products that you have ordered first and for products which are out of stock, we will ship it to you immediately once the next shipment of stock arrives.

Scenario 2:
The product was already out of stock when you made the order
In this case we will ship all products in the order only when the new stock for the out of stock product arrives However, in some situations we might ship the products that are available first. Last resort we contact you for alternatively for similar product only with your acceptence.

27.Refund Policy
Need to Return a product? Satisfying our customers is a business philosophy that we respect, practice, and emphasize in our business. To return a product you'll need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done by contacting our service department. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA.
We'll need the following information to authorize your return:
  • Customer name
  • Invoice number
  • Item serial number(s)
  • Nature of the problem

Return shipping back to us is the sole responsibility of the customer.Items returned to us must be sent via registered post, proof of posting is not proof of delivery. you will receive an email confirming your return. Products returned must be in new condition, unused and containing all original labels and packaging. (1.) To return an item, just send us an email with your order number and the reason for the return (item was damaged, you bought the wrong thing, wrong size, etc.) and we'll get back too you ASAP. (2.) Should you change your mind or the product is just not suitable for your needs. We will refund the money you have paid, less the cost to us of delivering the goods to you.please note that a 25% re-stocking fee applies to all unwanted item returns after 7 days.

We can collect unwanted items from you at a charge of £7.25 each box - this may be cheaper for you than standard post office charges, especially for heavy items.

Please note - We cannot refund monies back if we have not issued a RMA number. If goods are sent back without an RMA number we will be unable to issue you with a refund, therefore please ensure you obtain an RMA number. Returns costs are at your expense.

Please note - We do not offer return and refund services on consumable items such as CDs,DVDs, styli, fluids, fuses etc..

28.Relationship - Nothing in this agreement shall create or be construed to imply any agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchisor-franchisee relationship between you and us. 32.Warranty Terms
Unless otherwise stated, the products are sold "AS IS" by DHWElectronics but may be accompanied by their manufacturer's standard warranties. DHWElectronics sells "AS IS" products as is, where is, and with all faults, and without express or implied warranties from DHWElectronics. If you have any questions about manufacturer's warranties that accompany the products that you have purchased, please check the product description or contact DHWElectronics by writing to [email protected]. Products sold through DHWElectronics are serviced and supported by their manufacturers in accordance with any terms and conditions packaged with the products. Prior to placing your order, you are responsible to visit the manufacturer's website to confirm that the product you intend to purchase is compatible with your system. We shall not be responsible and will not accept return of products purchased by you that are not compatible with your system configuration.

If you decide to send us products to re-check or if the products are returned to us for warranty repair, all products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the products. Failure to do so may invalidate the warranty. DHWElectronics will assess a minimum of 20% restocking fees on any returned products. All shipping charges to deliver products to our company are fully paid by you - we will not refund shipping costs at any case. Please allow up to five (5) business days for our technician team to check out your returned products.

If the products are found NOT DEFECTIVE, we shall return the products to you and you shall bear the shipping costs in addition to the testing fees of £25 charged by us.

If the products are found to be DEFECTIVE and the products are covered under the manufacturer's warranties, the defective products will be repaired by the manufacturers and the repaired products will be shipped out to you by airmail express. If you wish to choose DHL to receive your repaired products quicker, please inform us - in this way we will calculate the cost for you (for products that do not come with free shipping only). NOTE: We shall not be responsible for products that are damaged during shipment or due to misuse/abuse by the customer/shipping carrier.

If the warranty seal or sticker of the products are broken or have been tampered with, the products will no longer have any warranty and the manufacturers will no longer be liable for the repair or replacement of your products. NOTE: The manufacturers shall only be held responsible for warranty boxes which are purchased directly from our website with an order number. If you have purchased your products from a reseller who has purchased from us, then contact your reseller as your reseller is the one responsible for your warranty box, not us.
